Hi! I’m a Certified Peer Support Specialist, a working mom to a spirited child, and someone who has walked through recovery from a mental health disorder, including postpartum depression and psychosis. I’ve faced the emotional toll of job loss, depression, and the challenge of creating a healthy work-life balance—while learning not to rely on alcohol to cope. My journey has impacted my marriage and forced me to set boundaries with my parents, which hasn’t always been easy. Through psychotherapy, psychiatry, and stepping back from unsupportive people, I’ve started to rebuild my life with more peace and clarity. Healing can feel isolating, but you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to support you, wherever you are in your journey.
