Hi, I’m Katie—so glad you’re here.
I’ve lived through many seasons and learned the most during the hardest ones. I spent 13 years in NYC post-college, navigating career changes, toxic jobs, and burnout. I’ve survived heartbreak and loneliness, navigated toxic relationships, and dated while feeling the pressure of time. I moved to the suburbs in my mid-30s—away from my community—and had to start over.
I’ve frozen my eggs, done IVF, and experienced miscarriage. I lost my mom just after she turned 65, cared for both parents at once, and witnessed the cruelty of dementia. Therapy, boundaries, and asking for help saved me more than once.
I got engaged during one of the hardest years of my life. I’m now married, a stepmom to two teens, and navigating financial stress and blended family dynamics—while also being a child of divorce.
If you’re facing heartbreak, grief, burnout, or big life change—I’m here to talk, from lived experience.
