Currently, both of my parents are dealing with cancer. With my dad, the cancer is slow growing, but the medication has destroyed most of his health, and now he is unable to do many of the things he wishes he could do. My mom has a very rare form of lymphoma, which means most of what she is doing is new even to the doctors who are caring for her. There is also a lot of unknowns about her future simply because of a lack of data.
