Hi I’m Eric. By day, I’m an HR and strategy professional. Every day, I’m a complex human shaped by lived experiences—marriage, fatherhood, career pivots, infertility, anxiety, and purpose-seeking. These moments are my professional north star, guiding how I champion people growth, agency, and shared learning. It’s how I approach life—with empathy, curiosity, and intention. I believe in human potential, progress over perfection, and the power of shared lived experience. As a late-career pivoter, I found my calling in helping others navigate change with heart. By heart, I’m a community connector. I co-chair a giving circle supporting API nonprofits in Chicago, stay rooted in faith through church, and believe systems change needs more of the system at the table.
