I’m a senior who has lived through many hard times, and I don’t regret any of them because they made me stronger and more empathetic. I started having panic attacks at 16, and through therapy, I learned how to find happiness again. Those experiences showed me the value of being truly heard and validated. Friends have always sought me out for advice, and that passion for helping led me to become a professional counselor. I’ve spent 16 years as a crisis counselor, supporting people through their most difficult moments. Today, I continue to listen with empathy and help others discover their own strength.
