Welcome, I have been there and climbed out, now I light the lamps to help others find their way. My history includes successfully managed C-PTSD, MDD, ADHD. I have survived childhood abuse and neglect. I have come out on the other side of Domestic Violence, Homelessness and Chronic Illness. I'm a 52 year old mother of two college age Daughters. I am a member of the LGBTQ+ community. Currently I am back in college working towards getting my Licensed Personal Counselor for my State. And I am a dog mom! I like to cook and I'm a gamer.
