As a neurodivergent artist, visual storyteller, and creative process guide, I use art to listen to, honor, and integrate the fragmented pieces of myself that trauma and pain once obscured and to love the body, mind, and spirit that survived it all and to create what I need now or once needed.
This creative practice reconnects me with the inspiration and hope that have sustained me through the emotional, physical, and spiritual challenges of surviving familial abuse/neglect and more recently ableist institutional and workplace violence. Now I get to create art that comes directly from my core self while savoring living and creating in a safe home environment.
I am devoted to guiding others to honor their innate transmutational, healing, and revelatory wisdom that emerges through dropping into a deep rooted creative expression that can metaphorically connect their branches to the heavens.
