I’ve spent much of my life supporting people through some of their most challenging seasons. With experience in social work and child protective services, along with roles as a social service coordinator and counselor at a federal halfway house, I’ve seen firsthand how resilience and hope can transform lives. Now, as a coach, I help individuals overcome barriers to reenter the workforce and connect with the resources they need to build a better future.
I’m also a mom to my college freshman son and my 2nd grade daughter, both of whom are amazing individuals! My own journey has not been without struggle. Facing difficult times and relationships taught me what it truly means to persevere and find strength within. Those experiences have deepened my empathy and shaped my belief that no matter the obstacles, every person deserves kindness, support, and a real chance to thrive.
