I’m a single mom with a 23 year old son, 18 year old daughter, 2 dogs and 1 cat. I was a medical assistant in pediatrics for about 10 years and I’ve been through a ton of childhood trauma, an abusive marriage, opioid addiction, and homelessness. I have cptsd, adhd, depression, and severe central sleep apnea. I’m still learning but I’ve learned a lot over the last decade struggling to survive.
