My lived experience started with parents who struggled with self medication of mental health and anxiety issues, a reversed role of nurturing particularly with my father, and a variety of issues that come with poverty in the Pacific Northwest. since then, I have discovered and persevered through relationship struggles, complex post traumatic stress, depression, anxiety, abusive relationships, and bereavement.
