I am a resilient black queer Buddhist woman who has faced profound loss in the passing of my father and grandmother. Having navigated intense waves of grief, anxiety, and depression. I have experience with aiding complex family, romatic/sexual relationships, professional/ work relationships and friendships as well as helping people cope and understand their grief. My journey has included deep healing and self-discovery, working through the unique challenges of autism and ADHD with courage and commitment. Now, I’m on the path to earning my PhD in Psychology, driven by a desire to understand and support others in their mental health journeys. My resilience and dedication to healing shape my vision for helping others through my future work.
