The struggles are real, thank God I made it past: the soul crushing traumas, deep betrayals, physical, emotional, psychological, sexual, religious and narcissistic abuses; relationship heartbreaks and loss; 3 traumatic marital disasters with 2 necessary divorces, #3 and I made it through hell and back together and are enjoying the fruits of our excruciatingly hard work; several addictions that almost killed me, unstable and traumatic filled childhood all the way to adulthood, graduated HS from my 30th school, 5 different step dad’s, 6 different states, then I joined the US Army to get stability, security, honor and discipline finally in my life! Airborne Hooah! :) And raising 5 birth children, 2 step children and 21 foster children; that’s just a snippet of my life story. I am a 49-year-old Christian woman who loves being a mom and a wife. My family and I live in the panhandle of Texas and have worked hard to build our own Homestead here. We have chickens, ducks, goats, pigs, four dogs and a beautiful green Amazon parrot. Living out in the country has really been good on my nervous system. I lived the majority of my life, stuck in traumatic situations which caused my nervous system to be in a state of constant fight flight freeze response. With the change in pace of moving out to the country, it is giving me the opportunity to Learn how to live in a place called peace. My calling is to help those who are still hurting.
