Hi, I’m Tanya from New Jersey. I’ve been sober since 8/5/13 and am in recovery from trauma, PTSD, chronic pain, people-pleasing, and domestic violence. My journey began when I hit a low point and sought help at a hospital, which led me to support groups and meetings that changed my life. As a survivor of domestic violence, I’ve shared my experiences with others in similar situations, offering resources and a judgment-free space for healing. Over the years, I’ve facilitated retreats and supported others in recovery, using my story to inspire hope and show that change is possible. I’m here to walk alongside you on your path toward healing and growth.
