I am a 63 year old single mom. I decided in 2003 that I could no longer raise my two young children in an environment of emotional and verbal abuse, as well as with a cheating partner. The hardest, yet best, decision I made, was to file for divorce. The process took 3.5 years. I have grown so much since then. I raised two kids basically on my own, working multiple jobs and teaching them resiliency and strength throughout a very difficult divorce. I recently moved from Chicago to Florida, believing in courage over fear. It was a big move, but I showed myself and my children , that anything is possible and to follow your dreams!
