I am a veteran who lives with the challenges of CPTSD, MST, and PTSD. Over the past two years, I have facilitated peer support groups, providing insights and empathetic support based on my own journey of managing mental health. Through therapy and personal growth, I’ve learned to accept my role in relationship breakdowns and to focus on healing, including going no contact with family and friends when needed. Peer support has been the missing puzzle piece in my recovery, and it’s where I truly belong. I now use art as a creative outlet to process grief, maintain connection, and help calm the mind and body—transforming my own healing and the healing of others. At Fello, I am here to support those who are navigating similar struggles, bringing both lived experience and a compassionate approach to my work.
