Hi! I'm a mom to a toddler boy, who is the first human to not need sleep ever. How cool! My experiences with postpartum challenges, like anxiety and depression, have really shaped how I see motherhood. After going through a tough pregnancy and facing several miscarriages, I’ve learned how important it is to be kind to myself. Recently, I left active duty Army, and I’m using this time to set new boundaries, with work and extended family. I want to share what I’ve been through and offer support to others who might be going through similar things. Right now, I'm taking a training course for Peer Support Groups with Postpartum Support International. Thanks for being here!
