I’m a firm believer that healing happens in safe spaces with safe people. My own journey through grief, trauma, and relationship challenges led me to therapy and, ultimately, to peer support, which became a life-changing part of my healing process. Over the past few years, I’ve embraced creative expression through art as a way to navigate grief and calm the mind and body, and I’ve shared this transformative tool with others. As a mental health advocate and former academic advisor, it’s my honor to hold space for those who are neurodivergent or working through trauma and abuse. Healing is a journey, not a destination, and I look forward to walking alongside you in yours.
