Menopause has brought unexpected changes to my body and day-to-day routine, from aches and stiffness to learning a new pace for my life. Instead of fighting it, I’ve chosen to slow down, stay active, and take better care of myself, finding acceptance and strength in this new chapter. Those lessons in resilience carry over into how I support others, offering a listening ear and a safe, judgment-free space. Over the years, I’ve worn many hats, including two decades in the veterinary field, working at a martial arts school, earning a French pastry degree, and earning an Esthetician degree. For the past 16 years, I’ve been a full-time mom to two amazing daughters, which has taught me patience, adaptability, and deep compassion. Now, I’m here to help others feel understood, supported, and less alone in whatever they’re facing.
