I know what it’s like to carry the weight of trauma, health challenges, and tough relationships — and I’ve spent years learning how to navigate those struggles and come out stronger. After a serious car accident, I had to face the reality of cPTSD, and through reading, research, and personal growth, I found tools that helped me heal. Along the way, I also learned how to set boundaries in toxic relationships and manage both mental and physical health hurdles. I genuinely enjoy supporting others, and my approach is rooted in listening with empathy, validating emotions, and helping people feel seen. My hope is that time with me feels like a relief — a reminder that you’re not alone, and that there are ways forward even when things feel overwhelming.
