I am a Nationally Certified Peer Support Specialist with additional certifications in South Carolina Peer Support, Forensic Peer Support, and as a Mental Health Coach for both adolescents and adults.
My work is grounded in my own lived experiences with bipolar type 1 (rapid cycling), depression, anxiety, OCD thoughts, and ADHD. I also carry deep understanding of grief and loss—including the loss of jobs, family connections, and loved ones. These challenges have shaped not only my resilience but also my ability to walk alongside others with empathy and hope. If you have a mental illness, I can help you except your diagnosis give you coping skills to navigate life and help you have the live. God meant you have.
I believe healing is possible, recovery is real, and no one has to walk their journey alone. My approach is rooted in compassion, respect, and empowerment, meeting people where they are and supporting them as they discover their own strengths.
