I’m a certified Nutritional Therapist and Grief Educator with a deep personal understanding of loss. After experiencing the deaths of several family members, I found myself in an ambiguous grieving process that I later learned is aptly referred to as “ambiguous loss.” Through that journey, I discovered the healing power of food and its ability to help us regulate our nervous system. Reconnecting with my physical self became the key to moving through emotions I had unknowingly carried since childhood. Becoming a parent for the first time was a solo journey for me, especially as the first in my friend group to have children.
