I’m not here to hand you a textbook answer: I’m here because I’ve lived it. I know what it’s like to wrestle with mental health challenges, to feel exhausted, and to wonder if anyone truly understands. That’s why I became a certified peer support specialist.
Over the past few years, I’ve facilitated more than 350 peer support and wellness sessions, holding space for people to vent, process, and find their footing again. Clients tell me they walk away feeling lighter, calmer, and less alone.
I bring my own lived experience with bipolar and anxiety into this work not as a weakness, but as proof that recovery, coping, and growth are possible. I know what it takes to get through hard days, and I won’t judge you for where you are.
If you need real talk, a safe space, and someone who actually gets it, I’m here.
